It took me many years to find my inner BEASTMODE and it all stemmed from my daughter telling me at one point in my life, “I will never be like you; you let everyone walk all over you.” My daughter is an amazingly strong woman, who always was assertive, strong-willed and says it like she sees it, which I love about her, and that’s exactly what I needed to hear to help me start my own journey. Driven by the realization that my inner BEASTMODE was always within me-I just needed to learn the skills and find it to make significant changes in my life-fuels this passion project.
